A few ground rules.

These terms apply to Boov and boov.app, provided by Oleksandr Kazakov, publishing as AgemoWare. Boov is in development and is not yet publicly available in the app stores.

Using Boov

Use the service lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. You must meet the minimum age required in your country and be at least 13. Keep your sign-in account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and connections

You retain your rights to the information you add. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide Boov and the sharing you choose. Connect only with people you want to share your travel profile with. Do not publish someone else’s private information or use invitations to harass, impersonate or spam people.

Invitations and safety

Treat invitation links and codes as private. A person holding a valid invitation may be able to use it. Review the information and sharing controls shown in the app before accepting a connection. Boov does not verify another person’s identity, travel claims or safety. Travel maps are personal records, not authoritative border, visa or travel advice.

Availability and changes

Features described as planned may change before release. The service depends on connectivity and third-party providers and may be interrupted. We may update, limit or discontinue features, and may restrict misuse or activity that compromises others’ privacy or the service’s security.

Payments

This website does not sell subscriptions or accept payments. App pricing and any optional paid features have not been announced. Any future purchase must show its price and applicable terms before you agree to it. Store purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will apply to purchases made through that store.

Privacy and leaving

The Privacy Policy explains the information we process. You can stop using Boov at any time and request deletion of your account.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing Boov, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that user-supplied travel information is complete. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
